Volunteers with diverse skills in communications, fundraising, organizing and education are especially needed, as are individuals who have a background in research, science or health. It is not necessary that you live in the North Palm Beach, Florida or the New York, Metropolitan area, though that would have certain advantages. Thanks to the Internet people from any location can participate in our activities that save lives and promote a healthy lifestyle. Life and health are universal issues, so our ideal is to help individuals while also thinking globally. We reach people everywhere in order to build a national and international community of knowledge and mutual support to defeat cancer. Internships The Cancer Cure Coalition has several internships available. These are unpaid volunteer positions at this time. Though some costs can be covered and we would consider providing small stipends on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project and upon the financial needs of the individual intern. Internships can be short or long term, part-time and via phone/Internet in some cases. Students located in Westchester or Fairfield Counties, or the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan might be eligible for work/study positions with us.
