Our goal is to help save people’s lives. We offer suggestions to aid the sick in finding successful treatments or to guide them to other sources of useful information. We also provide valuable information about the role of lifestyle in preventing cancer and in maintaining overall good health. We are seeking an experienced fund raiser to help us secure the funding needed to continue our work. As we are a small organization we are also looking for someone who can assist in the overall direction of the foundation. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with the potential for growth and development in the future of this organization. The Director of Development will report directly to the President. Some travel may be necessary. Qualifications: College degree preferred. Minimum 1-2 years experience organizing and managing fund raising programs. Computer skills required. Development and grant writing experience preferred. Compensation: Depending on qualifications.
