Charles A. Reinwald, founder of the Cancer Cure Coalition, is its Chairman and Treasurer. He has a B.A. Degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor Degree from New York University . An attorney, he is admitted to the Bar in New York State , and to the Federal Bars for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York .

Reinwald is a member of the Advisory committee for the Center for Holistic Urology of the Health Sciences of Columbia University. The Center for Holistic Urology is a leader in the definition, development and implementation of major programs and protocols in holistic urology. 

He is also a member of the American Society of Gene Therapy, a non-profit medical and professional organization that represents researchers and scientists devoted to the discovery of new gene therapies. He is investigating both gene therapy and vaccines as treatments for cancer and other illnesses.

Reinwald is an associate member of the Palm Beach County Florida Bar Association where he is a member of the Quality of Life/Stress Management Committee.

He is a founding member of the Whitaker Health Freedom Foundation, an organization that was started to battle the suppression of free speech in the healthcare industry.  Its goal is to help make available information about safe, effective alternative medical therapies and to permit greater access to them.  He is also a supporter of the Abigail Alliance Foundation in its work for better access to developmental drugs.

He holds the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, the highest designation of expertise in the casualty and property insurance field, and is a past President of the Westchester Chapter of CPCUs.

Since 1999, he has been working to help cure and prevent cancer, and he is now working full time on behalf of the Cancer Cure Coalition towards that goal. He has been traveling both throughout the United States and internationally in this work. Recently he moved to Florida to help further the foundation's work in that state and overseas.

Previously, he was employed on securities and investment matters, and earlier was a specialist in trial law. For over 20 years he was one of the most active trial attorneys in Westchester County, New York. Previous experience included senior claim management positions with Allstate Insurance Company.

Other activities included many years of service as a volunteer for the Scarsdale-Edgemont Community Fund where he concluded at the Community Fund as Vice Chairman of the Board. A retired Naval officer, he is a member of the Naval Order of the United States and is on the Board of Directors of the Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Memorial Corporation of Scarsdale, New York.

Charles A. Reinwald, Jr. is President and member of the board of directors of the Foundation. He has both B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Engineering from Lehigh University. He has been an officer and director of the Foundation since its inception and has travelled to Florida, New York, Illinois and Canada on its behalf.

He is a Senior Plant and Manufacturing Engineer with Lincoln Electric Company in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. He is also a member of Tau Beta Pi and Pi Tau Sigma (Engineering Honor Societies).

Reinwald is also a Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors of Town House Condominium Estates of Euclid, Ohio. He is a member of Green Energy Ohio, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting environmentally and economically sustainable energy usage in Ohio. He has an interest in wind energy development in the Lake Erie region and engineering improvements for wind towers.

His earlier career included teaching as a volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Mali, Africa, teaching for the Scarsdale School System, and scientific research at both Yale University and Lehigh University.

Michel E. (Mike) Dabbar, Director, is a retired Vice President, Worldwide Trading and Supply, of Phillips 66 Company, a Division of Phillips Petroleum Company. His experience in the crude oil marketing, supply and transportation business extends for over 30 years.

In 1966, following the nationalization of his family-owned marine transportation and insurance business, Dabbar immigrated to the United States from Alexandria, Egypt. He joined the International Department of Phillips Petroleum Company in New York. In 1969, he was assigned to the Phillips Tokyo Office and in 1973 was promoted to Phillips' Head Office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He retired in 1998 at which time he became a permanent resident of Coronado, California, having been a part-time resident for about 10 years.

In addition to other international responsibilities for Phillips, Dabbar personally negotiated large petroleum supply contracts with the national oil companies of major OPEC members in the Middle East and the Western Hemisphere. He also initiated negotiations that resulted in refining and crude oil upgrading joint ventures with Petroleos de Venezuela, the Venezuelan National Oil Company.

Both Dabbar's wife and mother died from cancer and he has a strong personal interest in helping cure and prevent cancer. He brings to the Board of Directors both extensive management experience and international knowledge.

Frances M. Sagrans, Corporate Secretary, is currently a business consultant. She owned and operated a small office complex in Jupiter, Florida. Her civic interests have included the Palm Beach County Library System where she served on the Advisory Board. She was a charter member and vice-president of the Jupiter-Tequesta Women in Community Service (WICS), a business women’s organization devoted to mainstreaming mentally challenged adults, and also served as president and chairman of the board of the Jupiter Preparatory School, a pre-school for underprivileged children. She is a past president of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Juno Beach Chamber of Commerce and has chaired the Long Range Planning, National Certification/Accreditation, and By-Laws Review/Revisions Committees.
